Project Organizing software?

What is a good program for keeping track of a group of 3 peoples tasks and projects so that eveyone can see what everyone else is doing and working on?

It is a personal calendar/planner/organizer .....
HOWEVER ... one of the features is a project planner ..... you would have to have the other people update the date from yours though ...
