First try to see a dermatologist.
Anything going on as long as it has and creating more skin problems need to be seen by a doctor.

Often we try to GET rid of the symptoms first without finding the CAUSE.
IF you treat the cause you will fix the symptoms.

7 years ...no head and shoulders will not work.
That is for mild cases.

It sounds like you could really use professional help.

I only showed the GOOGLE search list to show you that it is a very common problem with many cures ( acne ) so you need to be careful, too many solutions can actually be more harmful.
Ask your doctor which is best for you.
Here you will also get so many cures and ideas it can be overwhelming.

There is a chance that it could be more than just dandruff...such as psorisis. If you have heavy patches of scales or dry areas in the scalp, a wonderful med. is a mousse-like product. It is perscribed by the doctor tho, but it is called Luxiq (sp?). It is a hot pink and lime green container (looks just like a mousse can). I use it and love it. Although, it feels really liquidy, the chemicals used allow for it to dry quick and not leave your hair looking oily or greesy. I use it in the morning and before i go to bed. Hope this helps.

T-Gel is one of the best anti-dandruff shampoo's on the market. As far as taking care of the whiteheads and pimples on the body, you may want to see a dermatologist. They would be able to give you the best advice on how to manage them based on your skin type, lifestyle, etc.

Good luck!
