Not that there's anything wrong with that, except for the slang, dialect that is hard to understand, and the complete misuse of the English language?

i agree with the second answer, but seriously it should be people speak how they write. that way u will instantly know who is uneducated / undereducated instantly.

That bugs me too. I am so glad you brought this up for general comments.
People write as the way they like. It has to do with the school or the education (or the lack there of).
Spelling? It is atrocious. There is a spell checker in here. They should at least use that. This is an English speaking country and people who are foreigners, aspiring to learn the language, should make an honest attempt and correct their mistakes as they write. It cannot be any simpler than that.
And, if you are a native English speaker, there is absolutely no excuse for bad grammar, or spelling.

I write the way I speak in that I'll leave some letters off of words such as "goin'" instead of "going" because I'm from the south and that's how it sounds when we say it...
What bugs me is netspeak. "r" for "are" and "u" for "you" and an assortment of other lazy, difficult to read when there's a lot of them, words that have become popular online. That's my pet peeve as I'll often spell out just about everything...communication is important and if you want to be understood, you need to do all you can to make that happen (think about your audience).

Not everyone has a good education.
