As I understand, the incident was just uncovered and the investigation is in its preliminary stage. Thus it will take a while before the Police can identify the culprits. So, have patience and the truth should be out soon!

I'm fairly certain that CNN did just that a few minutes ago. They had on an English councilman from the area where the suspects lived, and he mentioned that they were Muslims.
