No i've cut my 8 month olds hair twice already getting ready to do it again this weekend. Some wifes tales say not to cut a babies hair til they are one but i think thats for the part of the population whos babies are born bald ( my son had , and has a full head of hair. ) Cut away... If you don't like the cut it'll grow back soon

I don't think so. As long as it didnt harm the baby I dont see the problem. Plus its a little late for questions!!! Gotta love em! LOL :) It will be okay it should take no time to grow it back plus if it is as hot as it is in Texas where you are then it will probably keep him cool through the end of summer! Have a good one!

I don't think there are any safety issues, but it may take it longer to grow back. Most kids don't have very thick hair that young.
What a mean thing to do!!

That can't hurt him. Just remember he needs to have his head covered when you're out under the sun for a long time. Why did he do this without talking to you about it?
