1st of all if this is ur good friend and both of u like him why would u give him ur # at all?? u dont' want her to be sad, but the damage is already done.. u need to let him know that ur not interested and keep it moving and go mend ur friendship w//ur friend..
it stinks but friendship is more important.. u'll meet another guy.. she'll meet a guy.. but u and her should establish some rules and guidelines about guys, cause obviously u's don't have any...

well if the guy prefers you its not your fault. but ask yourself what will last longer a relationship with some guy of ur friendship with your mate. is he worth possably losing a friend over?

Not your fault. She needs to learn that if he didn't want her phone number then he wasn't attracted to her. Would she rather have him ask for her number and him call her to discuss you with her?
