Asparagus, onion (shredded), red bell peppers and turkey meat (diced). There is no ham or cheese; it's one of those oddities of the English language.

Uh, eggs, ham and cheese ! Right? It's pretty self explanatory. Just beat the eggs in a bowl,cut up the ham a little so it will heat easily. Heat up your pan, put a little butter in the pan. The pan is ready when the butter is foaming and bubbly. Then ,pour in the eggs, moving them around a bit so they start to set up (cook) and when the eggs are not too jiggly anymore , sprinkle in the ham and cheese. When the cheese ismelting, fold over the eggs one third of the way across the pan, then fold ther other side until the whole thing kind of looks like a burrito. Slide it out onto a plate and enjoy !

Ummm... this qualifies as a stupid question, lol!
I'm gonna go with... ham and cheese! Now, you can have a ham and cheese omelet WITH onions or tomatoes or anything... but a ham and cheese omelet is a ham and cheese omelet.

you could in reality throw in something at the same time as making egg dishes like that. i love to triumph over my eggs in a separate bowl and upload peppers, mushrooms, sliced deli ham (I merely tear it up into chew length products), onions, or maybe with else I actually have mendacity round then toss it into the pan. I upload the cheese afterwards, intense and let it get all melty and gooey with a cover in the previous I devour it. My husband likes his with onions and some ham and salsa jumbled in, cheese on properly and bitter cream on the area.

Anything you want...mostly just ham and cheese. Onions would make it really nice.
