Your best bet is a gas mask. Vicks VapoRub opens your bronichial tubs and nastrials so that you can really get a good sniff. I would think it is Eucalyptus oil.

I know what you mean but I can't think of the name. However, something you can do is take the filter tips off of 2 cigarettes and stick one tip in each nostril... it works... I've used it.
