I have read about people getting kicked out when they waste a lot of food. They'll get a plate full, then eat only half of the food, then go back for more and waste even more. I guess the owners want people to EAT the food, instead of wasting it.

it ought to matter on how tremendous the buffet is and how busy they are, yet frequently eating places don't love human beings taking on area and under no circumstances eating. i imagine what you're speaking about doing is considered loitering and maximum places of company frown on that. till, of route, you're good associates with the owner. extra effective try a espresso save, or a library. some e book shops actually have places you ought to target this, like Borders.

Oh my god, if you want to answer this and laugh your butt off you need John Pinette's CD "Show Me the Buffet". He's a fat comedian that talks about buffets, getting kicked out of buffets, and places fat people shouldn't go (waterparks, the slides are too small, lol). You can download at least some of it on Limewire if you don't want to buy it.

Because it is not really all you can eat. Usually, Chinese owners assume an average amount of food per customer (like 2-3 plates of food), and when someone goes way over the limit, it's sayonara.

An establishment can exclude people if they smoke or waste food, It's still a private business.
"They just take one bite and throw it away," said one buffet cashier who evicted someone, "They take four egg rolls and crab ragoon, take one bite of egg roll and throw the whole plate [away]. That is wasting food."
