try valerian from walmart etc. works for me.

That is a million dollar question, I've struggled with not sleeping for over 36 years and it really take a lot out of you. Sleep meds are only a patch, they don't solve the problem, exercise has been the best thing I've done to help me sleep but that has its limitation as well..

I am working on this problem, and I recommend you not to masturbate, because then you will want to do it everynight and that might interfere with you relationships with others. That is happening to my right know because I have been masturbating myself since I was 12 (now I am 23 years old).

Right now what I do is just to think in whatever comes to my mind. And I try to take thoughs from one to another in a smooth way. For example I am thinking about some soccer game and suddenly I am thinking about some place I saw, I do no try to do any reflexion about the thoughs. Just let you thoughs flow smoothly. Only things I avoid is thinking about sex memories or porn.

If you are too tired at night I do not recommend you to read a book or watch tv or listening noisy music.

Maybe try one of the newer prescriptions that are not addicting like lunesta. It works for my mom and she is a terrible sleeper, some nights only sleeping for twenty minutes at a time.

You may also try to hang dark curtains over your windows and put a fan in your room to help lessen the outside noise. listening to the sound of a fan is often relaxing and can help lull you to sleep without the use of sleeping pills.

Read a boring book, listen to some soft music, count sheeps, drink a cup of warm milk

Get drunk or smoke a joint or have some sex or work your *** off on your house or car a few hours before bed, or meditate take some pills I dont know all of the above work for me. Take your pick lol.

exercise vigorously with weights (or do pushups/situps), take a hot shower, jump in bed with a good book...you'll be so relaxed that sleep will be very easy.

have sex right before bed time. if u cant do this, mastubate. it works just the same.
