It's just a superstition. When you see the time 11:11 AM/PM, you are supposed to make a wish. Whether it's true or not - I don't know. It's a matter of perspective. Just like making a wish when you blow out the candles on your birthday cake.

These are Illuminated numbers, that being Numbers used by the Illuminati to communicate with each other world wide, with out having to contact each other at all. Well one day when I was watching Montel, Sylvia Brown was on and she said that when you see reaccurring number sets it means that your spirit guide is near or something like that. I see 1:23, 12:34, and 2:34 all the time.
