There are so many things it could be,vitamins, iron, stress etc
I would look at what you have been doing the last 5 to 10 years what's different to before you were tired. What kind of job you do ,toxins, etc,, I was diagnosed with lead poisoning after 20 years or doing stained glass. Plastic industries have a high rate of toxins too. Also fish...Mercury. I would get a full blood test and get to the bottom of it. Good Luck
By the way I would be interested to know how you go with blood tests, if you could email me and let me know ,it would be much appreciated.I went for 4 years with same sort of symptoms before i was diagnosed and did have blood tests for those times but they didn't check my lead levels. Tell the doctor what you do for a job, that might help.

Me too. I was told to do yoga and meditation to reduce stress and tiredness, along with making a schedule of daily activities and sticking to it. I haven't tried any of those yet unfortunately, as I have been busy with lot of other things. May be you should try them. Email me if you wish: Ian.k.miller+YahAns@gmail.com

You should really examine your nutrition. If you aren't getting the proper nutrients then your body won't function properly and this can lead to chronic fatigue,
