Are you having regular bowel movements? If not then you could be constipated. You need to see your doctor for one. If it happens to be your colon then look into getting a fibre supplement to help things along as well as a good laxative. Good luck

How long has it been lasting? Where exactly in your abdominal area is it?
You should probally see a doctor about it cause it could be a ulcer or even a cyst. Till you see the doctor you can always try taking tums or another stomache soother to help ease the pain, dont take asprin or ibprofen(sp?) though cause they usually irrate stomache problems more.

You should see a doctor as soon as possible. It may be dangerous to neglect it.
