Remember the quote...The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Well, not all non Christians try to convince Christians that they live a limiting life, some of us just try to convince them that our beliefs aren't evil or wrong and to just leave us alone. Most Christians are sincere and when you tell them politely that you aren't interested, they know when to back off. But some get right up in your face and call you evil, that your religion is false and of their devil and blah blah blah.

Funny, it seems to me that many Christians try to convince non-Christians that they live a very limiting life. But as long as it remains a peaceful dialog I think it can be constructive. If it becomes one-sided and/or accusatory, then there is the potential for animosity and hatred to grow. It surprises me how much hatred some people who claim to be spiritual (christian and non-christian) have and spread throughout the world.

It does not make one an enemy. If you were being hunted down and murdered for your beliefs... that would be an enemy. Simply trying to convince someone to step back into reality is not an adversarial action.

Only in the minds of the conservative sects. "Believe like we do or go to hell" is a cry frequently heard from that section of the faith. Remember that to these folk there are only two sides possible...if you're not on God's side then you're on the other no matter what you call yourself. Worse yet, these people control the White House and Congress.

I'm sorry to hear non-Christians live a very limiting life. Jesus said, "I came so that you might have life and have it more abundantly."
Sin entraps people and makes them a slave to their desires. I simply choose not to follow the things of the world and God gives me the strength to resist the sex, violence and greed the world lives in. I find it disgusting and am enjoying my free will. I don't need to drink booze, don't need gambling, don't need porn, not hooked on sex (but I love my wife!). We are loyal to each other and don't have to worry about AIDS and other STDs.

Why do they have to be an enemy if they don't agree with Christianity? Try to be a little more tolerant and agree to disagree.

Non-christian's are what GOD is after to get them to become christian's (HIS Children).
The REAL ENEMY of all Human Being's is Satan.
There is no "Hate" in Heaven, cause the Devil was kicked-out of it.
Ditto.

Not really. They can live in peace if both are willing to give up the idea that their way is superior. I'm a Christian myself but I don't let non-believers bug me. I just tell them, "Respect my beliefs and I'll respect yours."

Non-Christians are an enemy to Christ. If they can take criticism they take this fact in stride.

No. But non-Muslims are definitely infidels, and are considered enemy to Islam by Muslims.
Thank Allah Islam is such a "peaceful" religion(!) Can you imagine if it weren't??!
