For a simple chocolate gravy recipe all you will need is
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon self-rising flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon butter

In a medium pan , add all of the dry ingredients and stir. Then add the water. Boil until thick. Remove from heat and add the butter. Stir again once the butter has melted and let warm.
Serve warm.

Enjoy!
