no. easiest way, gather themselves in one big camp and let the israel kill them all. and the children too, so that there will be no more resistance in future. And the state of Israel can live in peace for a long time. Lebanon can also be created as a buffer zone against other state, if necessary the more buffer zone the better! In a few years time, the world will definately forget which state it was before. The hell with geography!

They have every right to defend their lives just like any other country.

Peace will come when Israel ends the 50 year occupation of south Lebanon. And they need to release the thousands of Lebanese from Israeli prisons. They even kidnapped and prisoned parliament members! Come on there is democracy in Lebanon. Who is the terrorist now? Israeli army invading and killing civilians or the Hizbollah defending their homes against the invasion forces?

Sure they have the right. But it really doesn't matter because their army is pathetic and can't do much to stop Israel. Hezbollah pretty much controls Lebanon which shows how well the Lebanese defend themselves.

Well, they do bear a significant portion of responsibility for why Israel is attacking, having allowed Hezbollah to control their South as a defacto government, then letting them attack Israel repeatedly.

They have also let the goatfucking Hezbos be part of their government, for which they also bear some responsibility for causing this conflict.

If the Lebanese government could control and disarm the scumbag Hezbos, this conflict would be over.

Maybe the Lebanese Army could attack the pig-spawn Hezbos from the North, crushing them between the 2 armies, and they could eliminate them forever. That would be a better idea.

First, I am not Jewish. Just one who reads and watches the news.

Israel did not ask for this. The Israelis are content to just be. The Hezbollah kidnapped 2 of their soldiers to prod Israel into this. Lebanon allows Hezbollah, a state within a state, to exist. It is my opinion that this whole thing would come to a halt if Lebanon would put an end to Hezbollah - so my question is, why don't they?

Sorry, but Lebanon is simply a puppet. They have a weak leader who can...and has been...intimidated by his neighbors. Right now, he is being jerked around by Iran. That's who is hiding behind the curtain, BTW, in case you didn't know. Hezbollah is merely the operational arm of Iran, not the head of the snake.
