buy an ink refill pack that comes with a syringe and fill yourself the instructions are in the pack.

well someplaces like cartridge world refill them for you or u can buy a kit that gives u the ink and a peppet to use be warned it is a messy job and gloves are needed

i have yet to find a way. i have an hp 1410v all-in-one
nothing i've gotten works yet.... just have to buy new cartridge.
if you have a Walgreens near by they will take the old cartridge and give you 10 free 4-6prints from film or digital media (cd, memory card) or Petsmart will donate money to animals .. just to give you something to do with ur empty !

go to a store that will refill your ink cartridge, or go to any local walmart and buy a new on.
