I put a band-aid on a bug bite and when I woke up the next morning and took off the band aid a patch of my skin can off with it- it was all tender around the area. I do not think I am allergic to band-aids because I just recently fell outside of my pool and needless to say I had many other band-aids on that night.
I put peroxide on it many times but it still look infected eventhough the skin just came off- I put neosporian on it and a brethable cloth swab on it instead of a band-aid- just to make sure.
I wake up this morning and now there is a huge red circle around it -like it is infected and the skin is tender.
I don't know why this happened or how to treat it- I am afraid that more of my skin is going to fall off! help!

I realize I wasn't being specific enough- The skin that peeled off was not apart of the bug bite- it came off with the band-aid. So bascially I have a bug bite that is fine and healing well and a few centimeters away a small patch of skin that came off when I took off the band-aid.

To begin with peroxide does not kill bacteria. You should be cleaning it with alcohol. Neosporin is not good for insect bites, this could be making it worse. The red circle around the bite is your bodys reaction, the immune system is getting rid of foreign matter. Keep cleaning it with alcohol and leave it open, unless the site of the bite is open. In that case, you will want to put an unmaedicated band aid over it. Continue the alcohol rise for a few days, if it does not clear up, you may be allergic to what bit you, and therefore, you might want to try some Benedryl. If it does not get better, or the redness begins to spread, consult a doctor.

What kind of a bug was it? Was it a tick? I don't like the sound of the ring - a ring rash, or what's called an "annular" rash - can be a sign of Lyme disease.
Get to the doctor and make sure he sees the red circle. It's probably just infected and he can give you an antibiotic. As far as that goes, Lyme is treated with antibiotics too - but don't wait around - get it checked out now.

You don't mention what you think bit you..
Some years ago my son was bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider. THIS WAS VERY SERIOUS. Their poison eats away at the tissue. Is your bite getting bigger??? In his case he required a plastic surgeon to remove the entire bite area and close the wound.
He swelled enormously.
GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW BEFORE IT GETS WORSE.

Bandaids nowadays are sometimes a little too strong. I would not bother to put a bandaid on a bug bite if I were you. Also, cuts and abrasions do just fine in open air if you wash them with soap and just leave them alone.

It sounds like what happens with a fiddleback bite. You should go get it checked out by a doctor just to be certain you don't have an infection.

SEE A DOCTOR!!! Necrotic tissue is not a normal result of a bug bite. It could have been a spider bite. Inless you think a leg amputation could be fun, seek medical attention.

Rinse it every 4 hours with peroxide or soap and water. Keep it open to air and see what happens.

wash it and leave it open to air...if it keeps getting worse or bigger and painful, it could be an absess...which is like a bad infection and yes, bugbites usually cause this...anyway, in the case of that, you need to see a doctor or go to the emergency room, and they would have to drain it and pack it...but thats if u let it go for too long...but, u should be fine...

See a doctor! Peroxide is not very good for open wounds, the full strength can destroy good skin too!
