I want to know how can i loose 40 pounds without any dieting pills just a exercise plan?

Yes you can. You shouldn't use diet pills and products at all. At best they do nothing, at worst they can be dangerous for you.

Eat the same things you like, just less of them. Eat more fruit and veggies. Cut way down on soda and sugary things. Don't drink diet soda - it's full of sodium and can make you puff up. Drink plain cold water - a lot of it - 64 oz a day to start. That's a little more than 3 20-oz soda bottles. It's not that much really, spread out over all day.

And exercise. Walk every day. Look up a simple exercise program on the web and stick to it. Also, emotional support is important. Look on Yahoo Groups and find a weight-loss group to talk to. Don't weigh yourself every day, either. When I was working hard on losing weight I only weighed myself once a month.

Just changing your lifestyle a little bit can help; it worked for me, honey, and it can work for you too.
