How can you tie a rakhi to someone bcos the other person want to . YOu should have done that only and only if you wanted to .
Moreover if you like him then express yourself that you do .
I think probably he knows how you feel about him thats why he is askin you to tie him a rakhi so that you might express your feelings to him

U r fine with tieing Rakhi..........its just a belief C'mon u carry on with ur relationship closely and u will succeed. Good Luck.
By the way all Non-Indians -- Rakhi is a ritual in India where Girls tie a friendship Band to boys hands and that creates brotherly and sisterly relationship between them.
Boys dont allow this to happen always.

I take it that you are Hindu and that this bond is only between brother and sister.
Tie it to your brother's right wrist on full month of Shravan, but not on anyone else.
