I have a good friend who works for Southwest Airlines. Which I might add is by far the best airline to work for. She is always bragging about how much money she makes. She only has to work when she wants to, she flys free, her job is fun, she gets to travel, Southwest has crazy benifits profit sharing and matches your 401K dollar for dollar up to 10% of your sallary!! Thats awsome ! My friends told me that because of this Southwest gave her an extra 7000 dollars last year. Nice!

Travel around the world at company's expense...
Travel at discounted rates for employees (when you are not on duty)
Purchase duty free items at higher discount for airline crew
Clear customs much faster than normal passengers...
For ladies, you might end up marrying a rich passenger who try to hit on you (or vice versa?)
