Hi there, i lov ur question cas im same height
According, 2 the BMI ( body mass index) the healthy or average weight range 4 ur height is 54.1-69.5 kg (119-153 lbs)

***BMI weight (kg) vs height (m) ratio
5ft 7" healthy weight BMI ratio 19-24
underweight BMI ratio below 18
Overweight BMI ratio 25- 29
Obese BMI ratio 30-40 and above
PS: if wanna work out d ratio 2 see where u fit just take yur weight in kg divide it by yur height in metres squared (which is 1.67m but squared it is 2.78m)

Ex. if u weigh 60kg/2.78 Yur BMI ratio equals 21.5 (good)

Too thin!

But, seriously, it does depend on the frame. If someone were very broad, as I am, and took size 8 clothes (I'm 5'8" and size 12-ish), then they would be too thin - if they were very narrow, they'd probably be fine. Not sure what the weight would be, though.
