Omega-3 fish oils increases childrens attention span enabling them to concentrate more I can't think of any benefits for adults tho lol

Any study which shows a nutritional benefit in some food or substance is immedately seized upon by profiteers to sell, sell, sell under all sorts of claims.

There are benefits to fish oil because of Omega-3s. Omega-3s are definitively known to have membrane-enhancing capabilities in brain cells, but much of the other claims (cancer-reduction, longer life, etc), have not been proven. See below for good discussion.

yes Omega-3, fish oils are good for you. Eating fish may increase you IQ, it help it lots of different ways. There have been lots of studies into Fish oils.

It is very good for the brain. My son is dyspraxic and takes it. It really helps him and we can see a difference and improvement in him.
