Mine is the San Angel Inn at Epcot,The Mango margaritas are out of this world!

San Angel is Epcot is also my favorite in a park, and I ALWAYS have lunch there when I go to Epcot. They make their own corn chips too, which are the best I've ever had.
HOWEVER, My FAVORTIE restaurant in the whole resort is in the Animal Kingdom lodge. Boma. For BREAKFAST. They make this juice that's papaya and I dunno what else but Oh MY YUM!!! Omeletes are made to order and are AMAZING. They also have traditional African breakfast foods. I used to live 3 hours away from Disney and would drive up JUST for breakfast and then head home.
(To the woman who said Hard Rock Cafe... first off... TWIT. Hard Rock is generic tripe. Secondly... IDIOT... Hard Rock is @ Universal... Planet Hollywood is the stupid theme chain @ Disney - or was when last I was there.)
