to reduce weight u don't need to eat just fruits. eat a healthy diet including all the nutrients except fat.

try including lot of vegetables as salads along with food.

don't eat junk food.

eat fruits but not like mangoes or banana's.

once a while those r also ok but try not to eat too much.

eat wheat bran .lot of whole cereals(boiled).

don't eat white bread instead talke brown bread having fibre content in it.

try oats. n different types of cerea flakes which doesn't have fat or oil.

i think it will help u.

my friend lost nearly 6 kg's in 3 months.

no need of dieting . EAT HEALTHY

no fruit alone won't make you fat,it's only eating too much of fattening things ANDfruit that'll make you fat, which is not the case with you as you apparently don't eat much during the day.My doctor told me that too many fruits will bloat me(I eat loads and I'm not fat,but I'm very bloated)he says that 2 pieces or 3 maximum a day is enough. So yes,it can bloat you but the bloat is just water that's retained in your stomach so it'll come right off once you start eating a moderate amount of fruit.

its not the fruit itself that makes you fat its the calorie content in excess to your maintenance levels.

You also have have to know your maintenance daily calorie intake for the day so if you go below that eventually you'll lose weight.
a pound is 3500 calories its the same even if you're trying to lose or gain weight. Ex. your maintenance daily calorie intake 2500 if go below that gradually say, 250 less a day then by the time your compounded deficit calorie intake is 3500 this should take a week or two. Try using 500 deficit with the breakdown of 250 (less calorie consumption and another 250 for exercise (assuming you burn 250 that day) then 500 x 7 =3500. in 7 days you lost 1 pound not too bad, this is not crash yo-yo diet that you take off a lot of pounds quickly but it'll be gained a few months after, sometimes fatter than before. Patience. hope this helps.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Modifying your diet without exercise will not do much for you. besides... weight is just a number so it's more about how you look and how healthy you are. Fruit is good for your body in regards to vitamins and nutrients that you don't get from a "normal" meal but they are high in sugars. Unused suagrs will be stored in fat cells (round about way) and will do nothing but sit there until your body needs energy. the only way for your body to draw this stuff out is by exercise and burning the calories in your system in order to "draw out" carbs and sugars being stored for later use.

Of course not, that's awesome! Fruits are one of the healthiest foods out there for you. They're all-natural, lots of water, and you get natural sugars from eating up. A lot of fruit can make you have to go to the bathroom, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Just make sure you eat other things too that are high in protein, vitamins and minerals, etc. You want to get all of the right nutrients in your diet in order to lose weight.

If you eat a lot of fruit, you are probably avoiding the high fat, processed foods that are so unhealthy. But if you are eating junk food and a lot of fruit, too, you are probably getting too much sugar.

On the other hand, I've never heard anyone say, "Geez, look at that fat person. He eats lots of fruits."

hey, but do u know HOW to eat fruits? if u know how u should eat them, u wont gain weight. if u dont, u may soon put on.
what do i mean? fruits should be eaten ALONE, on empty stomach. eat them 30min before meal or 3 hours after. why? because stomach uses different juices to digest them. if u eat fruits with other meal, they arent digested well and u dont absorb a lot and u dont feel well... if u eat them right, ur organism will absorb all vitamins! if u dont, u wont have many benefits from eating fruits...
hope u know what i mean ;)

You'll probably gain a lot of water weight, but I don't think they really make you that much fatter apart from the high sugar content in some (most?) fruits

Go ahead and eat fruit but don't eat too much. If you pound a pile of bananas, you'll suffer later on...lol...Been there done that. Just make sure that you exercise too. But don't totally eat fruit 24/7.
