Any of your medical bills should go thru the other guy's car insurance no-fault injury policy. Notify your insurance agent to notify the other guy's agent, and you'll probably get a reference number to give to doctors. Some doctors give you the bill to turn into the insurance - but you're not supposed to pay them until the insurance pays. (If the insurance sends you the check for the doctor, sign it over to the doctor asap.)

OK, him stating he's in the wrong does not necessarily make him "at fault" for the accident. There are standards of fault, and you swerving out of your lane could possibly put you at fault. Assuming you tried swerving to avoid him but didn't, and assuming he's at fault for the accident . . .
Assuming he has liability coverage, and he's at fault for the accident, your policy may or may not have to pay for the medical expenses, depending on if you've got "no fault" insurance, or are a no-fault medical payments state. Depending on how much time you miss from work or how severely you are injured, you may be offered a "settlement" for pain and suffering.

unless your injuries are significant and long term.... don't bother... unless you have a spare 7 - 11 years of your life to devote to the medico - legal process and don't mind have a whole bunch of doctors pokin and pordding at you trying to prove you are faking it.... even when you aren't....
