In order to make a girl happy, you need to spend some time getting to know her. Hang out with her as firends, learn what her likes and dis-likes are. See what she wants to do with her life. Get to know about her past and present, and there's a good chance she may choose to involve you in her future.
Good place to start:
Whats her favorite color?
Who does she aspire to be like?
What are her personal and professional goals?
Where does she want to be in 5 years?
Learn what you can about her...be her friend, stand by her, and little by little you will get to she what she is all about, and you'll know how to make her happy.
one MUST for all women though, is even if she does not have much respect for herself, YOU respect her. Hold doors open for her, Carry her books for her, Walk on the side closest to the street when you walk together. The little things make a big difference. BE A GENTLEMEN, and be like one of her "girlfirends". See what makes her tick, spend time with her, and you will know what makes her happy, and if you are prepared to provide her with that.

The key to making a woman happy is to listen to her, spend time with her and most off but her first. Be honest about the way you feel and talk with her about your feelings as well so she can come to a better understanding of why you are the way you are.

well, if ur in a relationship with a girl, I'll advice you to call her everyother day if not everyday just to see how her day went. Girls like that kinda stuff, it also shows that you really care about her, also show her physical attraction, have intimate conversations with her....always make her feel needed....hope this helped...=)
