I want to live and work in the USA,i have once fill the visa lottery form online,but was not selected to win the green card. I love to live in the USA to become a citizen.How can i get someone to assist me fill the form and submit for me and email to me the visa green card.I could have pay to an agency online but i don't have a credit card to make any payment. If i have any one who can assist me into the USA i will pay the person at my arrival into the USA

Hi Charles. Getting a Green Card can be complicated. You'll need to go to the US Embassy. They can give you advice. They process visas. I wish you good luck.

Doesnt work like that - you cant just make friends with a citizen and then get a green card signed - if you didnt make the lottery, you then have to prove you have worth in the country - i.e. to be awarded a job on the basis that no other american is available or qualified to do it.
Trying to pay someone for a green card - is illegal and you face and the citizen faces grave trouble if you do it.

Go to INS and tell them what you're trying to do... they'll either help you or throw you back out, lol!
