I learn something everyday, I don't know what is in store for me yet! So far I am learning that there are things that are elusive just out of reach and no amount of praying or positive thinking can change it.
Mansions of thought?
Hmmm, I will probably drift in and out of the "mansion", but I imagine most thoughts will be on some hot guy till I go to work!

Learned what a egregor was today not really a life lesson though.

Yes, human nature to have mansions of thought. One can't control their emotional state.

Today, my mansion of thought has been invaded by my four year old grand daughter.
She teaches me major life lessons every time she comes over.
Lesson for today:
Never leave the kid and the dog alone in the kitchen...

My mansion of thought will probably not result from my work, which I am soon going to do, and it probably will not build itself up while I'm cooking dinner, which is usually a hurried, almost-forgotten affair.

But perhaps, later today, I'll collapse into a chair with a good book and let a mansion of thought rise into the clouds.

Life lessons? Don't forget to schedule down-time. It's as important as up-time.

Well, funny you should ask. I have been reported twice in the last week. And I don't even use obscene language. I merely state what is on my mind and people get offended. I guess I have learned my lesson.

Unpretentious carriage-house day-lessons:
- All polite New Yorkers were born elsewhere
- I've found no justification for my distaste of public cell-phone chatter. I am going to "deal with it."
- I have met an angry Buddhist. Cosmic balance has been reestablished.
- Some people should never stop drinking.

That I am capable of sending a person home when I don't want that person to be in my home. That I have the courage.

Something about how sex can be easily a shadowy process of two sad persons.

I know I will contemplate about this more when I done some sports later this evening and have settled my thoughts.

I have learnt today that people are still as irrational as they used to be. A terrorist attempt was revealed and now many British people hate ALL Muslims. Just check the relevant categories on Yahoo! Answers.
