Everyone when there's a cop on the road with them, and everyone when they drive past a popular cop hiding place.

I am sure everyone that drives, has at one time or another driven over the speed limit.

However, some people really abuse the right to drive, and drive all the time over the speed limit because they are idiots.

They just dont realise that there actions could very easy have a re action .

Most are above it. If you want to prove it for yourself just drive the speed limit in the slow lane and see how many cars are passing you in the fast lane or how fast the pack of cars ahead of you in your lane are moving away from you.
If I was on a long trip where saving time counted I would make sure I wasn't the fastest car on the road (even if I was speeding). That way the cops would have an even worse driver to chse after instead of me.

I have to admit that I don't. The road I drive on the most is a flat straight 2 lane road that I think the speed limit is 40 on, and we tend to take it around 60-70. No cops (rarely and always by the one turn on the road where you've already slowed down anyway). I used to race for gas money, trophies when I was older, etc... guess it's in my blood.

I drive the speed limit! First I can't afford a speeding ticket, and second, unless you are going a pretty long distance driving faster doesn't make that much of a difference.

For the most part I do - might go over by a few km or so but the police usually don't stop ya for that - out on the open long road I'm thankful for cruise control or my foot might get a little heavy on that petal. In my 33 years of driving I have had just one speeding ticket (on my way to a doctors appointment lol) - so either I'm good or they just can't catch me :-)

I do, in the Netherlands, speeding is a wate of money. If I want to go fast just for fun there is a brand new autobahn just across the German border, no limits, but watch out for low flying BMW's!

My father always taught me to go 5 miles per hour over, it's a save speed and that cops don't bother you at that rate over the posted speed limit!!

On the German Autobahns nobody drives the speed limit because there is none.

Not many people. I don't follow the speed limit. Well, unless it's residential. Too many hidden cops.
