My gf of over two years, is very conservative in the sack, she is much better now than she was two years ago when I met her, but no where near where I would like her to be. She is the femenist kind, and is always about women rights etc. (as am I)
Is it possible to convert a sexually conservative 30yr old female into someone more open and adventurous ? If so, How ?

We are very much in love, and can just hang out forever... but yeah, she's shy about her body and does not like it at all, even though she is very pretty... could it be a harmone imbalance... are some people just not that interested in sex... ?

Thanks for teh answers people... but I have tired pretty much everything that the first 7 answers suggested...
anyone have any other ideas besides talking to her... we talk about it pretty much daily, and I compliment her constantly... she just seems to be a rare breed who just doesn't wanna come out of her shell...

Sit her down and let her know. Even though everything else is good in the relationship the sex just ain't cuttin it for you. Ask her to just try to meet you half way. If she flat out refuses..... Time to let her go or take a lot of cold showers.

Maybe you should find out why she's conservative. I'm a feminist and can be both conservative and raunchy in the sack when necessary. Is she sexually shy? Embarrassed about her body? You need to find out the root cause. After you find out the 'problem' then you can go about finding solutions...together...

Just take things slow and introduce new things to her. If she's not into it then just let it go, the more you push for something the more she will object to it. Explore things together. If you find something interesting then share it with her and talk about it, maybe she will try something new.

Talk to her. Explain to her that you'd like to be explore other sex options. If she doesn't feel comfortable doing it you need to respect her feelings as if you push her to do something she's not comfortable with your going to push her totally away from you. I don't think you want her out of your life not after 2 years.

First and foremost do you complement her? Get her to join a modeling agency etc where she will be taught how to be self confident. You can also help by buying her clothes lingerie that will make her feel good about her body and this will improve her self confidence. But please talk to her about it.
