no, just genetics.

this is only true for families who have been rich for generations.

wealthy people only marry other wealthy people, of which there aren't many, making their genetic makeup crappy, too much intermarrying is bad.

poor people marry other poor people, and there's lots more poor people to choose from, the genes spread apart and create more healthy offspring.

I think this is a rather broad overgeneralization and I would question if it is useful. Probbaly fertility varies greatly by ethnic background, economics, age of marriage and a host of many things but one this I will agree on 'Childen are a gift of the Lord' from Psalms, you got that exactly right

fertility is affected by many factors... some are out of ones control and some might be affected by ones choices
one cause can be defering marriage and children till older
one cause can be the effect of std's
perhaps more affluent people SOMETIMES do not value children as much as less afluent but this is a genrealization
fertility may even be affected by abortion choices and some groups tend to have higher incident of abortion than others

as far as God, God definately distributes blessings in various ways and I would not use the word hate rich people but he may choose to have ways of helping someone who is otherwise deprived, as an orphan, or monetarily or looks or whatever... but God is a complex God and probbaly laughs at these generalizations even more than we do

'he preaches the Gospel to the poor' but the poor can also be the poor in spirit who know they are in need of redemption,
in James there are some statements about the rich but they are couched in 'often' not 'always' terms and in fact many rich people are seen prominently in the Bible at times as well as many poor

Your first question makes a false assumption. The poor may be the most productive, but they're not necessarily the most fertile. Therefore, the second question is a non-issue, as it is dependent on the integrity of the assumption in the first question.

However, the poor are the most productive for one simple reason. Human nature.

It is a basic fact that people in a bad situation (eg. poverty) survive on hope. And one of the things about hope is that it makes us do very optimistic things like breed.

People who are rich, are less likely to suffer from this defect, and are less prone to breeding as they don't have the motivation of trying to buy hope in making child.

Another way to look at it is this: If I earn $5 an hour, chances are, one of my 12 kids is gonna do better than me... so I have 12 kids.

If I earn $5,000 an hour, chances are pretty slim even if I had 12 kids any of them could beat that. So I don't have kids.

How's that?

Like the others have said, God doesn't hate people. A lot of "poor people" are under-educated and rarely use contraceptives. And in other countries, there is still the mind-set from olden days that you must produce as many children as possible to help the family with survival. Also, rich people do "inbreed" too much, plus imagine too much stress on themselves, which can lead to infertility. And many feel they don't have time for children. I guess caretakers for their children are too hard to come by.

Has nothing to do with God, anymore than God makes it rain with his magical Baby Jesus powers. Wealthy people are more concerned with maintaining some sort of balance with their finances, and poor people don;t care. Across the board, educated woman have fewer babies at times of their choosing.

Maybe that is why He has commandments about not having sex outside of marriage, not divorcing and abandoning families, why a man who does not support his own family is "worst that a non-believer", etc.
But of course, if a Christian were to try and point all that out they would be "judgemental" and "hating people" and "trying to impose their religion on everyobody else".
But when they don't, then its all God's fault that the world is in a mess.

No. Rich people are so stuck up they only think about themselves, and besides, they can't see the poor people to help them out. They can't see past the edge of their noses'. (There are exceptions though)
