Im a girl and i wanna box but i dont know how old you have to be to start boxing.... Help Please

I am super strong right now, i can pick up all of my friends, and even my mom, but is that strong enough to start boxing? and when at what age should i?

you can pretty much start to learn at any age. obviously i'd say to wait until your coordination is developed, so anywhere from 6 and older, i'd say. boxing is a fantastic sport for over-all fitness. it builds a strong mind and body, agility, endurance, and just gives me more confidence in daily life. it's the whole trauama to the head you have to worry about. but if you're just doing it for fitness, it's one of the best workouts you can do. if you're doing it seriously, and you're really going to spar, make sure the gym you attend cares for your safety, as well as your partners caring for your well-being. good luck.
