How can I make her stop?
We can't move the roll holder any higher or my daughter wont be able to reach it, we can't shut the door because that is where kitty's litter box is as its the only room in the house that isn't near food or the bedrooms.
She is so mischevious, I dont agree with hitting animals so please, no silly answers like that!
Any (other) answers will be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

You probably won't get her to stop, but if you turn the roll so the paper is feeding down from behind instead of the front at least she can't unroll it that way because when she spins the roll it will be rolling the paper up instead of unrolling it.

Cats (especially kittens) love to play with ANYTHING THAT MOVES and that includes something that moves after they slap at it......

I don't have advice to offer but wanted to share my experience with you. My female cat is obsessed with TP too. It's kinda funny. There were some times where I'd come home and find toilet paper rolls demolished and I blamed my dogs for it. Then one day I was just sitting on the couch and down comes my cat from upstairs with an entire roll of toilet paper in her mouth. It was hysterical. Needless to say I then knew it was her shredding the TP and not my dogs. I've caught her in the act a few other times since then. Funny stuff

She is just doing what kittens do. For some reason they love to play with toilet paper. Get her some new toys to play with and see if that helps.

Put the toilet paper below the sink if possible. Otherwise buy a small container and keep a roll it in that until kitty starts playing with her toys instead of toilet paper.

We have two kittens and we went out for 3 hours. We keep the toilet paper on the sink counter and the rest of the pack next to the commode on the floor. When we got back every roll in the pack and the one on the counter were every where - our apartment was tp'ed by our cats. There is nothing you can do besides putting it in the cabinet (that is if your cat can't open your cabinet - which mine can)or sitting it upright on the back of the tank -that way it at least wont spin.

That's just part of the joy of sharing your home with a cat! They eventually outgrow the habbit. I just roll it back up and smile.

My brother kitties are four years old and still get excited when they hear the roll in use.

Distract your cat with toys. My brother kitties enjoy the tissue paper wrapping the TP rolls and the empty rolls. Those would make great toys.

I agree with Raven E. If you flip the toilet paper so that the tissue rolls down on inside, your cat/kitten will be unable to unroll the toilet paper.

hitting her wouldnt help anyhow....
spray with water bottle
turn toilet paper the other way

kittens will be kittens if you didnt want a playful kitten you should have gotten an older cat...
give her more toys including honeysuckle toys and rotate the toys every couple of weeks as kittens prefer to play with toys that they havent seen for a while

the squirt bottle and lemon scented holder are your best options because i have two cats that love to unroll the toilet paper and turning the roll around backwards doesnt work it actually makes easier for them to unroll

Get her a new toy to play with so she wont play with the toilet paper, or just close your bathroom door.

I don't have a solution other than to keep the toilet paper in a cupboard. I can't keep Moby off of my computer:
