So of course I color it blonde. That is what I have been since I was a kid with all the swimming and sun but when i got older my natural started to show more. Now that I'm older I really want the beautiful chocolate brown color but no matter what I have to much oil in my hair and it always looks dirty so I just keep it blonde. Any thoughts on what I can do to get rid of the always looking greasy look if I want to go Brown again?

You need to use a shampoo and conditioner for 'oily' hair. DON'T use panteene. it only makes it worse. Also, you may want to wash your hair with a clairifying shampoo once a week to get rid of build up, which can lead to greasy strands.

Usually when you dye your hair dark, if makes it more silky and healthly looking, so hopeuflly that will work.

Since you have oily hair, don't use a bunch of products. Keep it minimal.

Also, you can use a hair powder (bumble and bumble makes a tinted dry shampoo for dark hair) or even baby powder at night if it gets really bad. Just sprinkle some on the roots, massage into scalp, and then brush out.

Over washing your hair can strip it of essential oils that make your hair grow and be healthy. DO NOT wash your hair more than once a day. It will be dry, brittle, stacticy.

Also, if you deep condition your hair everyday, it will also be more greasy.

There may be two "mys" on the end, btw. Well, various that appears to be pointless telling. I'm now not entirely towards personality describing their appearance when looking in a mirror, this simply appears ordinary. Why can we must know about her haircare activities? The whole factor of this scene appears to be that she does not like her hair but different people do. It would most of the time be summed up as a few sentences. Like, someone says they love her hair. And then she thanks them however doesn't recognize why they want the unmanageable blob of hair that she has to put various time into keeping. You don't want all of that understanding at all. EDIT: person under me: what? 1/3 person constrained (which this is) generally has simply as much inner monologue as first person. EDIT: Why do you ought to write in 1/3, then? No cause why you cannot write this in first. And even supposing the crimson hair plays a colossal part, until you are writing a fashionporn, please don't incorporate the costs of her haircuts.

That's so funny. I'm a natural blonde who dies brown! I was what people called a tow-head (white hair) until I was about 12. Now, my natural color is dirty blonde, which of course looks dirty! My hair gets oily too...what I do is...
You need to buy shampoo for oily hair and don't use conditioner every time you wash...cut down to maybe every other time. ((or less)) That should help.

Try an astringent rinse to reduce the amount of oil. Do it gently and avoid too much scalp movement. The oil is there no matter what color your hair is. See a stylist to get specific info about your hair.

You may be using the wrong hair products. Stay away from conditioners and styling products; they only cause this in the first place. Get a mild shampoo; find one that makes your hair clean and soft. You may have to search around awhile, but from the way it sounds, you're using the wrong products. Find what's best for you.

It sounds wierd, but it could be the cut. If it's long and weighed down (if it's just naturally oily) you may want to try layering it a little. Dont' use shine syrums because I've found that makes it worse.

Wash it daily...even twice a day and STAY AWAY FROM PRODUCTS CONTAINING OIL...it's soooooo important.

Use a leave in conditioner (after everytime you wash) and things will start to turn around good luck :)

Well, it all depends on what shampoo/conditioner you use. Try like Sunsilk or something like that which wors with dodgy hair (no offense lol).
