why do you always see white guys with asian girls, almost never see the other way around?

I'm a chinese girl, I have an american boyfriend, and a good friend of mine's boyfriend is french guy , and another friend of mine's boyfriend is from spain, if you walk on the street or hanging around in a bar, you will see many chinese girls date white guys, but in china you hardly see a chinese guy with a white girl, I think this is really weird, so can anyone help me to find out why? Thank you :)

To put this into perspective over here in Canada, Toronto to be moe specific I have seen about 3 asian male/white female couples in the past 6 -7 months. It's really really really wierd. I really think it's because white girls just aren't as physically attracted to asian guys.Because really when you look at it, most good looking white girls find themselves with a choice of equally good lookng white guys. If an asian were to someway pop his way into the picture do you really think he would look any better in comparison? I really feel hat any guy canget any girl they want as long as they do the right thing. This asian guy/white girl thing has been blown soo over proportion that most asian guys just figure "whatever, we're not getting a white girl, might as well just get the asian". It's the lack of self confidence too, most asian gus feel very insecure about who they are and thats a turn off.

I don't think that white guys go with asian girls because they can't get a white gal. I think it's a really shallow way to think and a very egotistic way of thinking if you ask me.

I don't think people choose their significant other based on race solely. Rather, they choose someone who is compatible with them. Being physically attracted to the person also counts.

I am Asian and have been with my caucasian fiance for nearly 7 years. Since I am born Canadian, I was raised with north american values and culture, it was inevitable that I would end up with someone who has the same values and culture. I can't see myself with someone with solid traditional culture. Sure I've always had a thing for white men, but it goes beyond that. I needed to be with someone who lives the same way as I do---that is why I am with a white man. It certainly isn't about money...heck, I am the primary bread winner at home. It wasn't because they're apparently "bigger" than asian men. It's not materialistic...mind you there are lots of asian girls in Asia who just want to get down with white guys as a mean to get out of their poor country.

I just still find it funny how defensive people get on yahoo answers...they take it as an insult or a threat when others ask a legit question.

There was a study done that showed Black women and Chinese men were the most un married groups in the human race. I can't find the link and am running out of time this morning to search closer for this fact.

It's been my personal experience, I didn't get along with the Chinese men that I dated for several reasons. Culture attitudes being one (mostly about how to treat a woman) and yes penis size the other.

As for the reasons for Black women, that would be a good question to ask the men.

I think you are a American born Chinese girl. Chinese guys, those who can afford to date Caucasians girls buys them... as in prostitutes (Russians). The social stimga associated with dating one, cause stares and discomfort so they rather not.

Here in the states, I dated a few Caucasian women/girls in my life. I find girls to be fun, alive and active. However, American women after the age of 30 goes downhill.... lazy, fat and untidy.

Asian women maintain their youth longer and ages gracefully.

It's because of the racial stereotype that Asians are exotic/rare, although due to the drastic differences in Chinese society (GO CHINA! ME LOVE PANDAS!) this sort of stereotype does not exist for obvious reasons.

I think the stereotype that asian guys have Small winnies is overblown. Just as the same that black guys have big ones. I know girls who dated black guys who have smaller-than-average winnies.

While I know white gals who dated asian guys and were very satisfied with them in bed - they confirmed with me that many asian guys have good-size ching ching (in contrary to stereotype), and they also know how to please a woman in bed.

usually the white guys who date women of other nationalities/races can't get a white girl so they look elsewhere.
The reverse is true - white woman who doesn't do white dudes usually can't get one so she goes elsewhere. I don't know why that is, but that's how it is. Not hatin, not trying to sound prejudicial or cause race riot - I've actually been told by a white guy who dates only black girls that he never could get a white woman to date him so he stopped trying . . . I suppose in some
instances it's personal preferrence as opposed to supply & demand tho.

2 possibilities:
- one is usually chinese guys (not saying only china) they prefer partner of their races
- one is caucasian gals too high standard as in they look for good looking ones and richer ones?Mostly asian people are not as rich as foreigner...So its kinda high maintenance for the chinese guys...

Personally I'm just not attracted to many asian men. I know it's similar for most of the females I know.
