If this is your FICO score, then yes, that is an excellent score. If however that is on the VantageScore scale that the credit reporting agencies , then, its still very good, but not as high as you can get.

In either case, there are little things you need to do to maintain your score, that you are probably already aware of, (ex. solid payment history etc) and be careful about closing accounts.

Well, seeing as the average American has a credit score around 675, and 820 is the highest credit score a person can have, then YES!!! IT'S AN AWESOME CREDIT SCORE!!!
