Prioritize what is the most important. You left yourself out, give yourself some quality time to recharge energy, such as a nice long walk or bath. If you feel alone even in relationships (and that happens a lot), tell the people concerned how you feel. Good luck!

Happiness is the absence of frustration. Contentment is being ok with the level of frustration you have.
When you have a moment - say 5 minutes, grab some blank paper and label each page differently - work - school - relationships - one page for each of the problem areas in your life. Put what would be happiness at the top - like for work, deadlines that were do-able or whatever. Determine which problem area is frustrating you the most, and set the other pages aside.
Write down all sub problems (quickly, don't obsess over getting it "right", you can always come back and delete or add more) - like certain co-workers' attitudes, lack of pay raise, whatever. Again decide which sub problem is the most frustrating. Then determine if you can do anything to solve/eliminate it (and what you can do). If you can't who can, and what they would have to do.
This will give you a sense of what is overwhelming you the most. And just remember, we are all here with you - some in the same discouraging boat. We will all get through it - together, cause deep down inside, we are tougher than we think we are.

Yeah work can take u down sometimes i guess. Ive not started working personally yet but I'm sure it can. school can be hard sometimes but if you manage your time well enough then you can probably get through. If you think working is slowing you down you probably could stop working and concentrate in school. in that way you can improve in school and then get a good job. If you really need to work then you could drop out of school for awhile maybe and then just work. If you want to do both you could find a different job which isn't as strenuous. School is seriously fun, you should enjoy it while you can, and at the same time study hard. When you do schoolwork you should totally focus on it so you can over it soon and then chill. About de relationships i really don't think you need to worry about that. if you cant get a boyfriend doesn't really matter. if you were dumped or recently broke up then you should be strong. don't waste yourself away just because of one dude. i know what it feels like. but its alright after awhile even though i felt like i was going to die. lol. don't worry...cuz every little thing is going to be alright!
-Good Luck, take care. Hope you wont feel as lonely anymore.

youre on the wrong rope and need a new one!!! Seriously though , I have days and sometimes weeks like that . What I do is make myself do one positive thing that day ...just one. (Keeps my mind of of my probs and eventually I'm glad I did something.) Also ...I excercise .....even walking in place for a while. Then,,, I rent a bunch of stand up comedy and go into comedy mode for a while . Laughter is very good for the mind, body and soul. If I'm still feeling anxious or "crazy" ... I write down my thoughts ...whatever comes to mind ..(Then I throw it away so nobody reads it !!!!LOL)

BEEN THERE, DONE THAT!!!
I know exactly how you feel.
Take a breather, even just for a few moments. It is easy to get overwhelmed and stressed out. It's obvious that you are strong, because you are accomplishing so much, and you have the strength to reach out and ask for help when you need it.
You can do it! Just hang in there and take it one step at a time.

Create some "ME" time.
I, too, have been feeling sooo overwhelmed. Yesterday, I started to read "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff with your Family" by Richard Carlson. He has a lot of GREAT tips. It's easy to read because you can just read the contents and skip around to anything you want. Of course, I recommend the whole book. He also has one for Work and a general one, etc.

Find some time for yourself. Take a nice warm bath with some soft mood music. Take deep calming breaths and just relax. Or even get out and take awalk thru a park with flowers and stop and smell the roses. We all have been there and we all come back it some times just takes a little longer than others. Breath.

Many of us have been there. It can feel very overwhelming at times and we don't know what to do. It's hard to not try to maintain perfection with everything we do.
To cheer me up at times I do to Metacafe or YouTube to watch movies that make me laugh or play online games to take my mind off of things (I have been doing a lot of that daily).
Try to find a stress releaser you can do by yourself whenever you can -- it helps a lot!
It seems a lot of us is expected, but it does get easier as time passes and with age.

Take some time out. Do something just for you. Relax over a good book. Go for a walk. Count your blessings. Think of the people that are unable to do all the things you can do. Smile at someone. Say "thank you".

And as the seasons come and go, here's something you might like to know. There are fairies everywhere: under bushes, in the air, playing games just like you play, singing through their busy day. So listen, touch, and look around - in the air and on the ground. And if you watch all nature's things, you might just see a fairy's wing.
