If you have a criminal record, why should you be able to view it for free? Perhaps it's because you don't believe in paying for things.
Why would you need to view it? Have you committed that many crimes that you can't remember them all or are you wanting to compile a CV? Maybe the big boys don't believe your stories and you want to prove to them that you have a criminal record!

Some of you are so rude, almost angry to this person who simply asked a valid question. I am apalled by the vile way so many people in the world treat others because of their own false belief that they are superior over others. And people wonder why there are so many wars, worldwide. I could care less why you choose to be hateful to others who have done no wrong to you, simply asking for advice, but i hope that you never get that treatment in return even though some would say you deserve it. Regardless of your rudeness and ignorance as well as your false sense of superiority, i hope that even you have a great day and that noone ever treats you with so much rudeness. Next time you feel the need to hurt someone elses feelings for asking a question, why not just keep your comments to yourself, and by the way, did wasting that space better used for answering politely with usable information, not to mention using negative energy, make you feel like you did something valuable. Ihope not because you just looked like the *** u obviously are. Have a nice day and I hope the help the person was requesting gets to them anyway, regardless of you and your grandness.

The national Criminal Records database is only accessible by authorised individuals for specified purposes. They can do so free of charge, but if you aren't covered by that definition you can't access the database.

relies upon on which of them and how a lot archives you like. The county tax database is online (in simple terms seek on your county and state) and could instruct you all approximately your residing house or ANY residing house: who owns it, what its properly worth, what it final offered for -all that stuff. unfastened everywhere i've got checked. That pronounced, it ought to not instruct copies of deeds, metes and barriers, wellness dept comments (properly and septic, if any) and appropriate archives. that's a visit to the courtroom residing house. criminal archives touch on privateness rights, so as that they are not as hardship-free. regardless of if, maximum states have a public database of sexually criminal offenders consisting of toddler molesters -the only's who've been freed and are on the line back. you will get names and addresses. examine out your pals. attractive stuff. in any different case, many courts save online archives of courtroom lawsuits in terms of who's being tried, what courtroom is listening to the case, and convictions and judgments, if any. yet no transcripts of the lawsuits, no testimony, and not often a precis on a according to-guy or woman foundation. Its a "bear" on occasion to 0 in on every person in specific. begin with seek of county call, state abbreviation and the word "courtroom," then commence clicking. finally, there are driving archives, which generally are in basic terms obtainable to those with a valid might desire to correctly known (consisting of credit underwriters, coverage brokers, and so on.) AND a driving force's license quantity. happy looking.

Not if you're in the UK mate. Phone up your local Police and ask them for it. They're obliged under the Data Protection Act to give you any information they hold on you. Surely you know what you've done though!? Or have you been so naughty you've lost count :o)

You can view part of it on line. The public knowledge part of it. What the crime was, what your sentence was, what your punishment was, and how many counts you have, and where you served time at. Just go to your state homepage and under law enforcement go into DOC You can pull it up my your name or number. This is for prison time though, not jail time.

Not to sure if you can or not.
Maybe a website would tell you something like that try your local police force website that may be able to help you.
I am going to watch this subject as I am intrigued to find out whether in this day and age it is possible.
