I wouldn’t want one. I’m like everyone else I zone out behind the wheel and drive the speed limit in the passing lane or I’ve cut people off in traffic. I have bad driving days but all in all I’m a courteous driver.

But, I have noticed that cars bearing Neo-Pagan bumper stickers more often then not are poorly maintained (aka rusting out) and often they are half filled with trash and junk on the inside. And I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watch the guy with the Darwin Fish weave in and out of traffic driving like he wants to be removed from the gene pool.

So if you have a fish or a Darwin sticker do you remember that it is there? Do you want people to associate your driving (on a bad day) with your spiritual path? Why do you have that sticker on your car?

I have Pagan bumper stickers on my car. And I must say that it is neither rusted out or half filled with junk unless you consider the drawings my daughter does at daycare junk. I keep things like that in my car to remind me during the day that I have something very precious waiting on me. I have my stickers on my car because that is just me. I've always stickered my cars, kind of like an outlet for my personality. I have Blessed Be and My other Car is a Broom stickers, I also have the Jolly Roger and a few others. But the one thing that I have noticed here is that people that display the most road rage, cut people off or pull out in front of them are people with Christian related stickers so go figure.

Oh and btw, I drive a 2004 PT Cruiser.

Every person i've ever seen with a Christian bumper sticker, on their car, was causing a reproach to the Gospel.
None of us are perfect...and if we advertise that we are a Christian, and then cannot live up to that, we are going to cause a reproach.
I do not and never will put a Christian bumper sticker on my car.
Our lives should be a living sermon.

really? human beings vandalize vehicles of atheists? i'm a Christian, and that i could favor to apologize for my fellow believers who surely do no longer recognize how they arrive off to others. Jesus is a loving God who loves even once you've a darwin fish. no one has the right to take your loose will away. God gave that to us to apply how we choose. back, i'm sorry. Oh - and that i do not have religious bumper stickers - they're tacky. Jesus is my King, no longer a catchy slogan.

I have a science fish on my car (a fish with rocket fins) that I got from the on-line store I linked to in the source area.

I try to drive courteously and carefully, though I mess up sometimes. And I usually ride the bus to work anyway.
