Strange Car Audio Problem?

when i use my power windows, i get static on my radio. What is causing this?

It's called electrical interference and there really isn't a lot you can do about it.

The power flowing into the power window motor is probably causing intereference with the signal in the speakers in your doors. Check the speaker wires in your doors to see if they are well insulated with no breaks.

Make sure your speaker wire is not running next to the wires for your power window motor.
