yes and i would ilke to know who pays for all of those nuts? if i had the money i would eat them every day, they are so good for you. they cost to much for me.

Almonds are high in vitamin E and are very good for you. If your digestive system can handle them then go ahead and eat 2-3 ozs everyday. Not sure about walnuts....I know they're higher in fat content than the almonds, though.

only one almond and wallnut, I say, don't stop, eat everyday. It has lots of protein. But it would be much better you eat those which are not coated with honey(lots of sugar) and salt.

Almond and walnuts are good source of omega 6 fatty acids...These are unsaturated fatty acids. They are good and required for your good health....However not more than one serving ...Not salted or fried...Keep up with those things while cutting down on saturated fat.

You can eat practically WHATEVER you want everyday as long as it's:
1. Not high in fat
2. Not high in sugar
3. Not processed
4. In in the limits of your daily caloric allowance.

ah heck, you can eat all the nuts you want if you aren't allergic. trail mix is mostly nuts and people aren't killing over.
