Make it a full day event. Call it: "*her name* Day, ie: It's an Annie Day.
Start by bringing her breakfast- this doesn't have to be made from scratch blueberry stuffed French Toast. It can be a sausage McGriddle from McDonalds. It's the start of "Annie Day!" Make a big deal about today is all about "YOU"!
***Then pick a couple of things she would enjoy- trip to a park, manicure, tour a muesum.. whatever.***
After breakfast- gor to activity #1.
Then for lunch whip out the picnic basket (chicken salad from the grocery store deli department, crackers and grapes). Enjoy the benfits of that one!!!
Move onto activity #2. This could be the manicure-massage- whatever. Somewhere for her to get pampered. This will give you some down time and give her some time to ponder about how wonderful YOU are!!! (You'll reap the rewards for that one later!)
When you pick her up from activity number 2- have some flowers for her. NOT ROSES!!! Get Daiseys, lillies, something fresh and simple. This isn't time to WOW her- just to make her smile. And don't get it from the gas station or grocery store. Go to the florist and get something fresh and simple.
Now you have some free time before dinner so- if she enjoys shopping, take her to the mall or her favorite store with the purpose of "Window Shopping". Watch as she looks at things. You'll notice her interests peak at different things. At some point in the shopping endeavor, excuse yourself and go buy soemthing she has just admired that is exquisit. (Don't pick the shoes- pick the scarf or lapel pin.) This is the gift you will give her at the end of the evening.
Drop her off to get ready for dinner. Give her a couple of hours to unwind- enjoy some peace and quiet, take a leasurely bath. (Suggest these things to her) and ask her to be ready by a certain time and recommend how she is to dress.
Dinner: Depends on your location. Can you put together a roof top dinner? How about dinner on the beach?, Make it memorable. Something that she may only dream of.
After dinner- Here's where you get rewarded. :-) Take her back to your place or her place. Have candles and wine ready. Tell her to tell you about her day as if you had no idea. When she finished with the story- offer her the present. (Yes- you should have had it wrapped) After that- use your imagination and let the good times roll!!!
It sounds long and complicated- because I am giving you examples and tips along the way. My hubby used to do this for me while we were dating an engaged. Haven't had a "me day" since we got married... hmmm... anyway- once you get through it- it's not the hard to plan.
Once you have the day planned- you may want to send her a formal invitation for "Annie Day". But don't reveal any details. Only that it is a day dedicated to completely and soley to her.
Good Luck!

Don't do just dinner, or even just dinner and a movie. Show up at her door with flowers, open the car door for her. Tell her you're taking her to dinner, but be WAY too early for your reservations and suggest a walk in a nice park or maybe in the city depending on where you live. ride the merry go round. take her to dinner and then somewhere fun, somewhere that's different or she doesn't usually go to. Maybe a drive-in? Its all about doing a bunch of different things and making it obvious that you planned it all without actually saying you did.

well that depends on the girl and what she likes.....surprise her but remember to be yourself. depending on how far on and what kind of relationship you have depends on how clear u make your feelings.......if u are now getting to know each other don't say it right out just drop hints or if you do say it know what to say and make sure you don't scare her.....and just be crazy make her laugh we always like that...but don't get carried away with it......
buy her a rose or a teddy bear so when she goes home she has something to remember you by......oh and not something real expensive that makes some people uncomfortable.
good luck hope i helped

To be frank, no need on that particular day..just make her happy everyday, then you will feel she's so blessed with you...There's nothing more we can ask for with a caring, sensitive, honest , faithful and loving bf...

Every girl wants to be treated like a princess. Just remind her that she's someone special.

every girl likes to be pampered and treated differently. so it really depends. What you can do is take time to know her and find out her likes. For me, I absolutely like what jonnyscraff mentioned.
