I'd say coffee. I'm not a regular coffee or tea drinker by any means (although I love it) and because of that I can tell first hand how much caffiene stuff has in it because I am not used to the caffiene.
Coffee hands down.

It's all dependant on how you brew it. You can make any of them weak or strong, it all depends on the amount you use and how long it is allowed to steep.
