in the cadd center i study catiav5r13 it closes irregularly after sometime.but catiav5r16 doesn't.why is it so

can any one tell me what is the problem ?or how to correct it?or it is the design of the software itself? can any one tell me a solution not to happen so?

It sounds as if the random closing of version5 release13 is a bug that was fixed in release 14 or 15 or 16.

The solution is to use v5r16.
