I am asking people basically if they realize that God is the creator of the universe, and it is not possible to take nothing and make something, like it is with the Universe. The "Big Bang" theory goes along with the Bible, when it state God made the Heavens and the Earth, indication it was done at once.

Yes shardf, I believe God is pure conscious energy and he created everything in that conciousness, then rested and released creation with "the big bang". it is still being manifested today. Yes scafool,s answer was good except he needs to connect Physics that explains the material world to Metaphysics which goes deeper and explains the underlying spiritual causes of all things. I read that some scientist believe Time began with the "BIG BANG" Whistle Britches

No the "Big Bang" theory does not go along with the Bible. God did not just pop out and instantly made earth from nothing. God properly designed earth and the universe. Big Bang states that the universe emerged from an extremely dense and hot state and continues to expand. There's a big difference from Creation and The Big Bang.

The second law of thermodynamic is incomplete. That's why the possibility of creator cannot yet be ruled out. How do this energy which is being described in the 2nd law can not be explained how the energy came into being before observing the law? Atheists put hard on believers on things they have hard facts but evidently muted and would not discuss the possibility of God where science can't explain. This is what I have to say: For as long as there remains in the realm of science that man has no explanation there is God - at least the possibility. I doubt if science could ever match and answer all what man need to know putting down the relevance of God in his search.

Actually the something from nothing idea has been demonstrated at the quantum level. You should catch up on some of this centuries discoveries. When you manage to get very close to an absolute vacuum, particles start to spontaneously appear. They are created out of nothing and they are real. It starts to look more and more as if the universe was created by a random quantum level fluctuation in an absolute vacuum.
I realize that you will not be able to understand this simplified explanation, but tough.
Physics is about the real world, not about the bible or God.

I don't believe the big bang theory goes a long with the Bible.

I do believe that the Bible is true and the we were created by God in 6 literal days. Clearly origins has to be a matter of faith since no one observed it. My faith is in the God of this universe. Some people put their faith in man and his abilities to reason.

"My considered opinion is that as long as we try to explain the universe apart from the Creator and without regard to biblical affirmations given by him, we will continue to be dazzled by a succession of ingenious cosmological ideas, none of which will remotely resemble the truth." You're not asking a question. You are unequivocally stating that we should "realize" something when no one really does.

The tired response is that if the Universe could not have always existed, then why accept as fact that God has always existed?

The Big Bang theory is also just a theory. It is not accepted fact but very plausible. It cannot be used to prove the impossible.

If your proposal is correct, God cannot exist since he had to be created out of nothing.

The "big bang" was an event in an existing universe, it was not a creation.

Why would desire to technological information 'coach' God? God created technological information! what's genuine is that technological information is conceivable because of the fact God is a rational being and he created a rational universe with medical rules, and he created mankind with the means to look into those rules and look into his introduction.

well first consider this. the second law of thermodynamics states that matter cannot be created or destroyed, it just transfers from one state to another
