'Download' means it has to be taken from the net or transfer from another resource!
But how is that possible if you are not connected to another resource computer? I am not asking you question, I am giving you the solution. Read your own question and that itself has the answer, that is without on the Net, you cannot download anything.
But you can get your copy of Authorware at http://www.adobe.com/support/authorware/download.html by downloading the same using another PC, connected to internet. You can use your freinds PC or at any internet Cafe. Write it in a DVD or CD or in a pen drive and transfer the copy to your PC.

pravish08 without net you cant. What you can do is ask around your friend circle if they have the software you want. Then Install it. Better ask your best mate to download it for you and then you can have it. If you will to do that then here is your free download link

You can't download anything unless you are on the web ( apart from things off removable media )
