Boil a few amla (gooseberries) in coconut oil and apply on hair. Hibiscus flower can also be rubbed on the scalp before a wash. Soak few methi seeds.cut some hibiscus leaves and also flowers if available.Make a paste and apply on hair. keep for an hour and then wash off. You donot neet soap / shampoo , the hibiscus leaves give a lot of lather and add sheen to the hair. It also eliminates dandruff.only thing the bath room has to be cleaned - it becomes slippery. Even henna reduces hair fall. A good diet is also essential - a big no to crash diet. Diet rich in proteins is good for hair growth- Eg Sprouted moong dal.Eat an Amala a day - even dried one would do. Caution - more than one could cause a tummy upset. U can also apply brahmi oil. Eating coriander leaves, spinach, black berries is also good for hair growth . Coriander leaves also prevent premature greying of hair.

I was told that eating cyann pepper help promote better circulation in the smallest blood velssels, which are in the eye, but have also helped my head from drying out in the winter. The better your circulation, the better ur hair would grow, don't you think! , so start small & work your way up to a teaspoon or so, a day I like them HOT when I'm on fire!
