What looks good with their face shape, hair color, etc.
What makes a cut "work" is basically the same for everybody - does it work with your face shape, bone structure, coloring, etc.
Now sometimes that means is not being afraid of having your own look. I realize there are "fashion styles" that come and go - but the point is that unless it looks good on the person it doesn't matter whether or not it's "in" In my opinion, trying to look exactly like everybody else (or the fashion leaders) just doesn't make as much sense as being the best looking you can be.
Time to consult a stylist and start working toward your goal: being great looking!

the "shaggy bob" style. My son has blonde highlights in his. He thinks he a real lady-killer....lol. Its long over the ears and on the top and it cropped at the neck. To style, just put some gel in it and run your hair through your fingers. It gives it a nice touseled look.

Cut it kinda short after you get it streaked (high lighted). I like it on me any way, but its kinda expensive. I live in rural Virginia and it cost me $45 with a $5 tip.
Ok, $5 tip cuz my stylist is REALLY hot!
