does it make a difference if i meet my daily requirement of calories in liquids or solids? will liquid be easier to digest and therefore possibly easier to burn?

No, Calories are calories. Does not matter in what form they are. One can also argue that since Liquids are digested faster but that also means if excessive in calories fat deposits will start faster.

Nope! A calorie is a calorie no matter what the source. Calories in liquids are more dangerous because they can add up quickly..........supersize drinks for example can have close to 1,000 calories and you are often not aware of how much you drink! Calories in foods come from different sources such as carbohydrates, proteins, and fat. Fats are the most calorie dense.
